i have been in a fog since friday. i finally seem to be coming out of it (thank goodness) i sat down and started to feel sorry for myself and that really seemed to help me (and eating cupcakes) now im thinking its time to start walking again. or find a job (which hubby is against) but i think it may actually help me. Any advice?

I finally made some plans with friends this weekend and that made me feel much better. So I guess the trick is just to keep busy. I've been trying to motivate myself to exercise, too, but I'm not quite there yet.
If your DH doesn't think you should get a job, maybe you could do some volunteer work for a while to stay busy. I agree that having something to do, especially things that feel purposeful, really helps. I think taking some time to eat cupcakes and feel sorry for yourself is sometimes necessary too! Glad to see you back. I was worried about you.

yes i did the friend this thursday and woke up friday in a fog so im thinking i need more time away from them. Volunteering is a great idea! I didnt even think of doing that! i will be so looking into it! Thank you
