Doctor help

The last 24 hours have been hard. They didn't do a d&c and they didn't want me to collect any tissues for testing. I feel like there has to be some tests or something they can do so I don't have to go through this again. Since this is my 2nd m/c what should I be asking my doctor? What should the doctor be doing that he isn't? I just feel like something should be done at this point.

    I'm so sorry for your loss and experience with it.

    I just suffered my 2nd a little over a month ago and my OB/GYN asked us if we'd like to do the recurrent loss panel testing.  Within a second we said yes and we go in this coming Friday for that.  Most offices won't do that until 3 losses, but you can ask.  GL!

    Not knowing any details, such as your age or other reasons you may be experiencing miscarriage, I would agree with the previous post.  Push for a recurrent loss workup, specifically coagulation abnormalities.  I don't know why the conventional thinking seems to be tha women should have to sustain multiple losses before being evaluated for these relatively common problems.  Two miscarriages is too many.
