Hey,
I just realized that I recognized you from the July board. I remember us talking about our pups over there. I'm so sorry about your loss. I hate to see fellow July 11ers over here. I'm sorry about the anxiety atttacks too. I've been getting them really bad. My post op appt is this Wednesday, so I plan to talk to him about it then. I haven't really found anything that helps mine. I unfortunately have just been letting them play their course...

Hi Lauren!
I'm so sorry about your loss
I was active on here for a week or two following my m/c. Then we left for vacation(the one we immediately booked after my procedure) and I have been trying to avoid this board thinking that maybe it was increasing my anxiety - which I now think isn't the case.
There are sooo many July ladies over here, its so disheartening. I have had some anxiety in the past, but nothing compared to this. It's almost worse (maybe is bc its a scarier feeling) than my morning sickness was. I am going to start running again this week, if my knee can keep up.... but other than that and yoga, I was wondering how others are coping.

Funny, I'm literally in the midst of a discussion about bikram with MH right now!... I practiced here and there and then was really into before my wedding in the summer of '09. After that I stopped going because of the extra expense and I already had a gym membership (which I have since canceled since my work now has a free gym and my knee was bothering me a lot when I run)... I'm pretty out of shape (for my personal standards), maybe after in a few wks I'll start Bikram again too. Maybe we can motivate each other, I always hate dragging myself there, but LOVE it so much when I'm done.
The vacation was awesome... there is a recap in my blog (link below) with pics. It was the perfect little getaway....

I'm in PA, so we don't have any Sunstone studios, but thanks for offering.
Regarding TTC, my doctor gave me clearance at my follow up this past thursday to try after I get my first cycle (I hope it come tuesday or shortly after)... The way I think I'm going to approach it is to not "try" for at least the first cycle or two, but not avoid either. I'm afraid if I get too absorbed by it, my anxiety will get even worse.
I think I'm going to start this month with running and my yoga dvd, maybe add bikram in feb if I feel I need something more to help with the stress.....
