Sunday Shredding Check In

Today was L1, Day 7 for me.  I was a little stiff this morning but got into the swing of things quickly.  I am looking forward to Thursday when I can move to Level 2!  I know the weekends are sometimes harder when it comes to working out but stick with it ladies!!!

  • I didn't realize there was a shred check-in.  I was just browsing over from TTGP.  Today I am on L1D2.  I'm sore, but I still have intentions of shredding later :)

  • Today was day 12 level 1 for me. I've been on level 2 for a few days but needed a change. Boy was it hard getting my butt moving, but I did it! I definitely love level 2 so much better then level 1. My abs get worked so much more and I really feel it's a better workout! My legs seem to hurt more today but I'm feeling stronger. DH says he notices a difference too!
    SAHM to the sweetest little girl and boy... I love my job!

    I was OOT all weekend, so no shredding for me.  But I did go sledding with my daughter for over an hour. And since the snow was too deep for her to walk, I got a good cardio workout in pulling her back up the hill! 

    Plan to get back on track tomorrow morning! 

  • I will be shredding as soon as i get off the bump. I always wait until DD goes to bed so I wont be interrupted. This will be day 5 for me and I am thinking of trying out level 2. I need a change up. Happy to report I am down 8 pounds since January 1st!!

  • I did Day 7 today and officially moved up to L2. I was shocked that I kept up with most of it, although that speed skater move is pretty impossible for me coordination-wise right now. The only part I absolutely couldn't hang with was the last circuit of abs--my arms had no strength left so I just did regular crunches.

    Did anyone else gain a bit after a week of shredding? I ate just as well as the week before I started the Shred, and I lost 2.5 that week but gained a pound thus past week. I'm hoping to see the scale move in the other direction after another week!
