Today was L1, Day 7 for me. I was a little stiff this morning but got into the swing of things quickly. I am looking forward to Thursday when I can move to Level 2! I know the weekends are sometimes harder when it comes to working out but stick with it ladies!!!

I was OOT all weekend, so no shredding for me. But I did go sledding with my daughter for over an hour. And since the snow was too deep for her to walk, I got a good cardio workout in pulling her back up the hill!
Plan to get back on track tomorrow morning!
Some Sort of Nonsense (My Blog)
Did anyone else gain a bit after a week of shredding? I ate just as well as the week before I started the Shred, and I lost 2.5 that week but gained a pound thus past week. I'm hoping to see the scale move in the other direction after another week!
