Thanks for chiming in on the TV post!  Great info - that's what I'd heard/read as well.  Scary stuff...
Childhood cancer (DH) + chemo + radiation = 0 sperm.
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
Life is beautiful!

    Yep.  I didn't have a chance to type a response yesterday but I was one of the few votes in the "wait until 2" category.  Scary stuff biologically, and IMO in terms of "opportunity cost" in that they're NOT reading, playing, etc. in that time too.  I agree with both of you 100%!
