What do you all think of Matilda? Is it too hipster-y? I think it's really cute, but our last name also begins with an M and ends with an A. Would it be too rhyme-y? None of the other sounds in our last name are like Matilda, so maybe it wouldn't be too bad. And I think Mattie is a cute nickname.
Thoughts?
Re: Matilda
I like it, but it is definitely one of those names I would never really use. I can't pinpoint exactly why though. I'm not sure about it with your last name. It sounds like it might be a bit sing-songy, but it is hard to tell without knowing the actual middle sounds.
Also, I'm lol at Benjamin Linus on your boy list. Were you a LOST fan?

Haha, yes! We were figuring that by the time we have a baby (I'm not pregnant yet) that people will have gotten enough away from Lost. But it's just kind of a cool sounding name!
Good point. Our last name does have 3 syllables, so you may be right with that one.
