Zantac usage question & taste

Rx didn't come with a lot of info. Says online to give approx. 30 minutes before feeding and that it tastes really bad! Does your LO have trouble taking it? When do you give it/do you try to time with feedings or just give it morning/evening or similar? Thanks.

We didn't get a lot of instruction either other than twice a day.

 I like to give it about a half hour before feeding, it seems like it would reduce the amount of acid in an empty tummy.

Ours is labeled as mint, which made me mad at first. Who gives a 1 month old mint?? But he likes it now, so it makes it easier to give.

DD has been on it for a little over a month now. We give it to her at least 30 minutes before she eats. Usually in the morning and then sometime closer to bedtime. She hates the mint taste of it though so we have a med cup that has a nipple on the top of it and have to give it to her that way.

Mine is mint as well and Noah HATES it.  He screams like I am killing him so I give it to him right before he eats so the bottle calms him down.
