I was wondering how much do you pay for your house cleaning service. How often do they come? Who do you use? Just something I am looking into.

$60.  I use a small local firm, they come once in a great while (when DS was first born, around holidays, etc.)

We have a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo, about 1800 sq ft.  We were using a cleaning lady that charged $70 for every other week cleanings, however her work was subpar so we just started using a cleaning company (Clearly Clean Services).  We used them last week for the first time, and they were great.  The lady who cleaned our apartment spent a good 4 hours really getting it clean.  The company charged $74, and I gave her $15 tip, so total about $90.  They charge by the hour, so you decide how many hours you want them and you're charged accordingly.  GL!

I use a small local place (Lake county) and pay $75. They come for 2 hours every 4 weeks and just do a good cleaning of the kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and hardwood floors. I can basically ask them to do whatever I want each time they come but those are the big things.

I use Daisy Clean.  The owner cleans my house.  She brings 1 person with her.  It is usually the same person.  She has been cleaning my house for 4 years now.  She even has a key so I am not tyed to the house while she cleans.  PM me if you want her info.  She charges me $65 for my home which is about 1700sq.  She lives in the city and only comes to the burbs I think only on Fridays.  At least that is the day she does my home.  She does an amazing job.  She even changes sheets on all the beds and crib.  I take the sheets off however and leave out clean one for her to put on.  I totally trust her.  She has never stolen anything or broken anything.
