Awhile back you posted a response about a pair of children's walking shoes that you really like. What brand are they? I completely forgot to make a note of it. At 8 months Betty Jane isn't walking yet, but I'd like the info for future use.

heh, those were RileyRoos I pimped out... if you go that route, make sure they fit and make sure they stay on. i stupidly purchased cute boots with zippers in a size 12-18 month even though those were too big because the others were too perfect and i figure if i'm gonna pay $40, i'm gonna get more than one use out of them. well... she's worn them a handful of times because they ALWAYS fall off when she's not walking. PITA!

also in hindsight, as long as you get a shoe with a flexible sole, you should be good to go IMO!

Thanks for all the info! I was also looking at the Keen shoes. Also, a little on the pricey side, but they look like they would grip the floor well. Our house is mostly hardwood that is very slippery. At least with crawling, she seems to be adapting well.
