B4 question (maybe a dumb one)

This may be a really dumb question, especially since I don't have a baby to try it out on yet.... I got my first B4 in the mail today (loooove the look/feel of it!) and I am wondering if you can adjust the rise or just the waist for different size babies? It just looks SO big, but doesn't seem to have many snapping options

    You can fold down the front. There are sockets in there to snap into.  You have to snap the soaker into the back for that option.
