HELP milk of magnesia

If you have given to LO HELP ME PLEASE.Did you give adult or do they make child? What brand did you buy? How much did you give? (1 -3 teaspoons)How often? (once a day in milk)

    For constipation?  Tried it on DS when he was REALLY little, and the dr gave us the infant dose amount for the regular milk of magnesia.  Honestly though, it did absolutely nothing to help.  Prune juice was far more effective.
