I'm used to some dizziness with my migraines but I woke up this morning with a total fog.  I've eaten so it doesn't seem to be low blood sugar.  I'm anxious about it since I've had some pain on one side and the Google monster links both things to ectopics which freaks me out a bit.  UGH.
