uh oh :( WWYD? (DE/FET especially) *updated*

I realized at 7:15 (15 mins before my 7:30 meds)... I forgot to take my mid-day 3 tabs of Estrace....  ugh, can't believe I did that...

thinking I need to call the office, but it is the emergency line at this time of night... do I still call??? 

 

UPDATE: Called the RE's office oncall line... called me back and said to just skip it and start over tomorrow... at least I feel better about it. Thanks for your responses ladies :) you're the best

    I would call. I'm a big believer in calling just so I don't worry!

    I was stuck in traffic during my FET cycle and got home 2 hours late.  I take it vaginally (and certianly wouldn't do that on the highway even if I had the pills).  They told me to just take it as soon as I got home and not to worry!

    i take them 3x/day, 3 pills each time... 7:30am, 1ish pm and 7:30ish pm

    That's why I'm having a hard time deciding what to do... it's not like I can just take them and then take my next dose... unless i take 6???  and the after hours phone number is stated as "Medical emergencies"

    I think you will be fine. You can call a pharmacist too - they can advise you. : )

    oooh... that's an idea... thanks!  I did post this on SAIF and am pondering PAIF as well :)  ugh, stupid IF makes you second guess everything!!!!

    What if I take my 3 now and then take another 3 at like midnight-ish???

    I called RE's office... the pharmacist at Freedom didn't convince me of his answer/solution... so I broke down and called the RE, just waiting for a phone call back now.  off to set my phone alarm now!  hopefully no more missed doses!

    Glad all ia okay. I am starting the three doses of estrace on Sat and am so worried that midday dose is easy to forget!

    oooh, exciting! :) Yeah I am going to set my cell phone alarm but when I am at work, I don't have my cell phone on me.  Tomorrow is a half day of work for me, then we have the weekend and next week is a new week, will have to figure out what works :) Maybe a sticky note on my car dashboard! (I travel between two offices midday) -- that might actually work!
