They're all starting to blur together ha. Please offer (without nasty remarks like some people get) thoughts. Thanks!
Last name is long and Italian, starts with an R. It's kind of heavy with R's and S's so I'm a little hesitant to consider Madison but I like it so much. I'm afraid of picking anything "too popular" or "too trendy" but I do like having a bit of a different taste. It's a bit of a mix and match. Thanks everyone!
For a first name we're considering---
Ava (not my fav but DH loves)
Chloe
Julia
Caylin or Kaylin
Savanna
Ella
Makayla (don't want Michaela...my BIL and FIL are both named Michael)For middle names we like---
Claire
Madison (apprehensive with the last name)
Danielle
Kaylin
Ella
Re: Giving the names another shot.
Ava (not my fav but DH loves) It's pretty, but too popular.
Chloe I don't know why, but I've always thought it sounded trashy.
Julia Beautiful and classic!
Caylin or Kaylin
Savanna I've never liked it. Same reason as for Chloe.
Ella Pretty and classic.
Makayla (don't want Michaela...my BIL and FIL are both named Michael) Dislike the spelling. For middle names we like---
Claire
Madison (apprehensive with the last name)
Danielle '80s
Kaylin
Ella
Fave combo: Julia Claire

oh my gosh. the more i think of julia the more i love it! i should have said it up there oops but with julia we can't have a C middle name. i'm sure that sounds odd but i'm jewish so it's a bit odd for me. hope that doesn't offend. thanks a lot for your input. i really appreciate it.
thank you!
I love Chloe, but not with any of the mn's you have listed. Next in line are Julia and Ava. I really dislike Kayla, Caylin/Kaylin, Makayla and Savanna (especially spelled this way). Ella is fine, but somewhat dull.
For mn's, I love Claire, but again, not with any of the fn's from your list (I hear eclair when said with Ava and Julia).
If I could choose entirely different middle names, my top three would be:
1. Chloe; 2. Ava; 3. Julia
could you offer some suggestions on combos you like? i'd like to be more open to other names but i've searched high and low and these seem to be the only ones DH and i can agree on for the most part. i appreciate the input. i also hear eclair with so many of the names.
the 80's 90's thing doesn't bother me. i don't really mind or care when the name was big, never even really thought much about that.
Oh, no... that doesn't bother me at all. I would say second place for Julia would be Julia Danielle. Despite the fact that I don't like Danielle, I do love the history behind it. I also like Daniela. Julia Daniela - is that too much? Hmm... Either way, glad to help!

Absolutely!
Chloe Francine
Chloe Louise
Chloe Victoria
Chloe Katherine
Chloe Violet
Chloe Matilde
Ava Miranda
Ava Lucinda
Ava Katherine
Ava Clementine
Ava Charlotte
Ava Naomi
Julia Eloise
Julia Iris
Julia Sofia

Julia Pearl
this is where it gets incredibly difficult and frustrating: DH is reaaally picky. i actually LOVE kate and several variations of it but his ex fiancee is kate so it killed the name for me.
I like Julia (or even better, Juliet) and Savannah (spelled this way). I noticed you said you didn't like too popular or trendy names...imo, Chloe, Ella, and Caylin/Kaylin fit in those categories.
Some combos...
Juliet Danielle
Savannah Claire
Other suggestions that may strike your fancy: Danica, Elise, Lorelei, Mila
FN: I like Ava, Savanna, and Ella the best. Then Kayla/Makayla, Chloe, Julia, and Kaylin (in no particular order).
MN: I like all your MN choices. Claire the best.
i am definitely afraid of choosing one of the already trendy names in fear of becoming even more popular, yea. i asked DH if he likes juliet and he shot me down haha. apparently an ex friend of his, it's his last name, and it leaves a sour taste. man!! i love savanna (i prefer it without the H) claire actually. it's really pretty.
I like Ava Danielle a lot.
I also think Julia is very pretty. I know a little girl named Julia, and her middle name is Nicole.
any combo you think sounds nice or really bad? i'm really thinking now that having claire after a name that ends in a vowel is BAD (i'm just hearing eclair).
LOVE nicole. my sister in law's (i have a huuuuge family) middle name is nicole and i'm big on not repeating names.
LOVE Ava, Julia, and Ella from your list. Like Claire for a middle name.
Good Luck!
i'm so sad now haha. claire is my favorite middle name but i just hear Eclair now with the first names that end in vowels in front of it.
i wish i could get away with spelling claire with a k so i could avoid the JC initials.
yes i'm afraid of picking something that's already popular in fear of it becoming even more trendy. honestly, i don't know ANYONE named caylin/kaylin/etc. which is why i like it so much. i see your point with michaela but i just don't like that it looks like "michael with an a." oh well. so that doesn't leave me with much...you're pretty much shooting down all my names ha.
what fn's would you give them?
what fn's would i give the mn's?
sorry, watching sister act and don't wholly understand the question
haha i completely understand! love that movie!
you said which middle names you liked but i didn't know what first names you'd put with them.
Well I like Savannah Danielle the most. It's funny, on paper it has a lot of letters I don't like, but phonetically I think it's really pretty.
Julia Claire goes well together, too, but it's not my favorite. I think that's only because I'm not a fan of super girly names.
I like Julia Danielle best!
