    OMG this one poor lil girl, her name, i kid you not, was Griselda Spoonmore. I was scared to ask the middle name!

    Lirian. This is truly the only name I've ever come across (the name of a friend of mine from early high school) that I have never heard mentioned anywhere ever again (despite countless years on name boards, researching names for school, researching names for fun, moving to a different continent...). It's not a crazy name, but it's the most unique name I can think of.

    Not pronounced Shady nasty like it looks. It was Shuh-dyn-us-tee. Sha-dynasty. Yeah......

    Tsunami - a little girl I taught once. Yikes! Naming your child after a natural disaster...

    My best friends name is Cecilie pronounced Ses-a-lee. My mom almost named me Asha pronounced A-SH-a. And my husband wants to name our son Maverick. which im kind of leaning towards.
