I think they're the same diaper, just with different snap-in inserts.  I have both and switch out the inserts depending on whether it's day or night.  I don't notice a difference in the actual diaper itself.

They are the same shell, the inserts are just different, but interchangable. However I have some that are too small and some that are huge. She said it depends on the outer fabric, some continues to shrink, while some doesn't.  The priates is one of my larger ones.
