I'm always hot.

Hey ladies, anyone else always hot?  I swear I understand what menopausal women go through now.  I feel like I'm always burning up, which has been affecting my sleep.  I'm even contemplating cutting my hair, because it heats up the back of my neck so much.  Soon enough, I'm going to have to start putting ice packs on my neck/head.

I felt like I was having hot flashes a few weeks ago but they only stuck around for a few days. Now I'm freezing!

I'm glad I am not alone because I am cold too  

I know a lot of women that are overheating though.

I've noticed the heat thing at night and when I'm walking as well. I get all bundled up to go outside and as soon as I've been walking for a bit, or as soon as I walk in to a store/restaurant/whatever I start SWEATING.

I've started to unzip my coat as I'm walking, and with these recent snowstorms people look at me like I have ten heads - no hat, no scarf and unzipped coat!

Not me, I am freezing all the time. Pre-pregnancy, I was always hot, even in the winter. Even though I don't like being cold, it is a nice change from always feeling sweaty. Although, it is 30 degrees outside right now, so I may feel a little different in the summer months, lol.
