I have several BG 3.0 pockets where the aplix is HORRIBLE after only a few months of use. The 4.0s I've had for the same amount of time look practically brand new so I know it isn't that I'm too hard on them. (Always line dry the covers) Is this something that's covered under the warranty? I'd be willing to buy the aplix refesher kits, but I've heard you don't get the center strip which is what's worn the most, several area actually pulling apart from the diaper.
Can I send them back or am I S.O.L?
Re: Cottonbabies warranty??
The aplix isn't covered. The 3.0's are know for their shiity aplix unfortunatley.
I would think the center sttip would be part of the refresher kit. I'd call and ask.

I would definitely ask. I had one of the old aplix organic AIOs (aka Elementals). I complained about the aplix and they replaced it with a brand new snap organic AIO. No problem at all.
They also recently replaced a Flip cover with cracking PUL that I had purchased used, so they really didn't have to honor the warranty... but they did.
I think they're pretty reasonable about stuff like that.
