  • I'm not sure.  It depends on how far along you were probably.  I would ask your doctor, I'd like to know too. 

    They'll probably say that you should take it easy for a week or two.

  • I was told take it easy a couple days and slowly ease back into working out.  I didn't have the motivation and wasn't in the right mind frame to workout the first week but by the second week I was taking fast-paced walks and this week I was back to jogging and it felt great to get it all out.  So just go by how your body feels.

  • I was told a week. I teach boxing and kickboxing classes and went back one week after my D&E. It felt great to get back physically..but even more Mentally.
