Germaine's Luau

Anybody been to Germaine's Luau??? Trying to think of something fun to do on Mother's Day while in Hawaii and thought the kids and my Mom and Dad would get a kick out of this. We've been to the PCC luau and Paradise Cove(not my parents). Both were good but we've been To PCC so many times and Paradise Cove is so $$$. Would love to know what you thoughts about Germaines. Or if anyone has any other suggestions I'd love to hear them. It'll be the 5 of us and my parents. Thought about the restaurant thing but I'm sure they'll be pretty busy that day and none of us are real "foodies". Another activity perhaps? TIA ladies!!!

    I have never been to Germaine's but DH has.  his first trip to Hawaii was a company trip and that was one of their outings.  He said it wasn't very good primarily b/c it was in a parking lot.  I don't know if it normally takes place there or if for some reason they had to move it.

    did you look at tripadvisor.com's reviews?  they usually have user reviews so you could see if most people had a similar experience.
