How to stop the bump e-mails

How do i stop the belly e-mails? I updated my due date and removed my ticker, but still got the weekly belly e-mail today and obviously, I'd like them to stop.

    Usually on the bottom of all email subscriptions there is a link posted to unsubscribe to  the email.  That's all I know, check it out.
