I am having such a hard time recovering from workouts. I mean I am super sore! While I am working out I am scaling back and taking it easy but after the shower my body sort of falls apart. Anyone else experiencing this?
I only felt like this once during my last pg and it was right before I had preterm labor. I an not suggesting that is what is going to happen to you, but it sounds to me like you are pushing your body too hard and need to back off on the intensity and make sure you are resting and eating enough. You should not feel like your body is falling apart.
i felt this way. (I ran up until I delivered). At about 30 weeks I cut down from 4 runs per week to 3. About 35 weeks I cut down to 2 per week and added a walking session instead. I think it's normal - your body is just slowing down as you get bigger.
