Getting stains out from iron supplements

Please please tell me how you manageto get the stain out from iron supplements like Poly-Vi-Sol and Tri-Vi-Sol. Not only have we stained a few outfits but I got all the clothes from my nephew for DS and a few of those are stained too.

I use Lestoil on all my stained laundry...I apply it w/an old toothbrush and let it sit for 30 minutes and then wash as normal. It smells yucky but works wonders!

Try putting them in the sun, UV rays are great for removing stains! I hang DS's laundry to dry a lot (I am in Florida which probably makes it easier) and even on cloudy days they always come down stain free! I think it would work in a sunny window too.

Thanks for the tips! I'll try lestoil first since there aren't many sunny days in NH right now. BTW my pedi told me to get Iron Out when she told me to start supplementing but I'll need to ask her about it at the next appt. It looks like it's meant for iron rust so it's pretty toxic.
