This doesnt mean I have an inhospitable uterus right?

Fraternal twin boys born 1/12/12 at 36 weeks
Identical twin girls expected in March!

    I cramped all after my IVF and BLOATED! The RE said it was my ovaries in shock. lol  And the fact I just had a needle poked in me 30 times.  Hopefully for you it's implant cramping!

    This is the first set of cramps I have had. Up until now my ovaries ahve felt like I was about to ovulate. So thats why I'm thinking its my uterus. Let's hope it is implantation of our miracle embryo!

    I began cramping 3dp5dt. My RE assured me it was from the PIO. I hope it's your little peanut implanting though!
