Anyone know if its safe to use the xbox Kinect while PG? I know you can't do certain exercises, but thought it would be fun to get a little in

I would say ask your doctor. I have played a few games and some are a little strenous but to me its nothing that is a little more than a brisk walk or a very slow paced jog.

the kinect adventures that usually comes as a package deal when you buy the kinect is really fun. its especially fun if you play it as a team and it takes pictures of you playing so it makes for some really good laughs.
Not sure about what you are supposed to do but I just do whatever doesn't hurt in terms of exercise. I did jump around a bit today which hurt a bit so won't be jumping again.
I haven't used our Kinect yet because I have been too lazy, but soon.
Yup. I work out everyday with my kinect! I play the your fitness evolved game. But with any exercise you do you should check with your doctor first. I worked out a lot prior to being pregnant so its okay for me and I never push myself hard.

We play it all the time. Actually broke it down with the dance game earlier tonight.
ETA: I don't do the track and field in sports game, though. It hurts. But I can't think of anything else I don't do.
