If you test, when do you do it?

My beta is scheduled for Friday.  I will probably test friday morning, so I'm not kicked in the face with bad news at work, but I'm debating testing earlier.  It will be 13dpiui. 

I've had some really weird cramping and ligament pain (i O'd on the left side, but feel crampy on the right) and I am really hoping that this means something.  I'm dying to test, but don't want to test too early  or risk having the trigger still in my system & get a false positive.

When do you usually test?

    I try and wait until 12dpo.  I've never had a trigger last that long.  But I still temp and once it starts plummeting I don't even bother anymore.

    I started testing 6dp5dt, so 11 days after ovulation.  It was a DE cycle, though, so I didn't do a trigger.

    I test like crazy, test out the trigger, then start as early as I can with whatever test I'm using.  Not that I would recommend you do this, I'm a little nuts... Wink

    I tested once at 7dpIUI and it was negative so I knew my trigger was out. Then I tested again before my beta on14dpo so I wouldn't be upset at work if it was neg and my RE's office called. HTH!
    Me: PCOS DH: slight MFI (morphology 3%)
    IUI #1=BFN 100 mg of clomid= no response so doc prescribed 150 mg of Clomid. Resulted in 1 follie at 22. Trigger on 12/23 IUI on 12/24 (count 14 million post-wash motility grading 3-4).
    January 2011 on hold due to cyst
    IUI #2 5.0 MG Femara plus 75 iu of Gonal-F no growth so up to 112.5 iu for Gonal-F and then 150 iu. Resuled in 1 mature follie at 19. Trigger on 2/18 IUI on 2/19 (count 13 million post-wash motility grading 3-4) and 2/20 (count 10 million post-wash motility grading 3-4) BFP! Lost our son Joshua at 21 weeks 5 days.

    I am 13dpiui on Friday too!  So that means today is 10dpiui and I tested this morning with an FRER Embarrassed 

     I am a POASaholic though so... honestly I tested last Friday on an internet cheapie just so I could see a BFP and then on Sunday to make sure my trigger was out.  Then yesterday just cus... and of course then there was last night too...  (all on internet cheapies)

     see what I mean?   lol  ADDICT!!  I can handle the stark white BFN better than I can handle the anticipation.  When I finally do get a BFP I want to know exactly when!  lol

    TTC#2: septum removed, 2 losses, Stage 2 Endo, thin lining, slight MFI
    iui #5 2/7 + 2/8 = BFP!! 11 dpiui
    Beta #1 2/18 11dpiui= 46, Beta #2 13dpiui 150, Beta #3 16dpiui 584!!
