My boys are 2 1/2 month, just under 11 lbs each, and still exclusively breastfeeding. I'm still waking up every 2, sometimes 1 1/2 hours at night to feed them. I'm also feeding them every 2 hours, sometimes less during the day! They have reflux, so I know this makes it harder to take larger meals, but I"m curious if there is a light at the end of my very sleep-deprived tunnel

Re: How old were both your twins STTN?
THIS EXACTLY!
Harrison slept 12 hours on Oct 23rd and never looked back (so just shy of 3 months). Alexander followed the week after.
Oct 23rd was the day they got baptized. so there were all kinds of jokes running around about original sin, etc.

We had both of ours STTN at four and a half months (3 months adjusted).
We exclusively FF, but they both had reflux too. From the beginning, we fed them every 3 hours around the clock until about 3 months, when we went to every 4 hours. From there, I just calculated how much they would need in a 24 hour period (2 to 2.5 x their body weight) I divided this by 4, and gave them that amount in each bottle as a target.
For example if they were 12 pounds, they needed between 24 - 30 oz total, or about 6.5 oz bottles. They wouldn't normally take this whole amount each bottle, but throughout the day I kept track and whatever remaining was their overnight bottle (usually only 2-3 oz). Pretty much by the time they were taking a whole 6 oz, they dropped their nighttime feeding all together and just started STTN.

ETA: by STTN, I mean asleep by 7pm and waking about 6-7am

I considered STTN when they never woke up, and we did that at 13w for DS2 and 17w for DS1. My pedi told us babies "could" do it at 11-13 lbs. Unfortunately, mine were much closer to 13 lbs, but she was right on.
Are they hungry every 2 hours at night? You may want to check with an LC to make sure they're getting enough at each feeding. I knew mine were hungry every couple hours at night since they were too small to eat long enough at a time. I ended up switching to pumping since I didn't have it in me to keep breastfeeding that often.
STTN is still not consistent for us at this point at 3 months. We never know what to expect at night. Doesn't seem to matter what time we put them down or when we feed them last. They eat every 3 hours during the day. Sometimes they get up once a night, sometimes twice. Ryan is 14lb 5oz and Nate is 15lb 9oz so it's not like they're small or underweight. We're just rolling with the punches for now and hoping more consistent sleep happens sooner rather than later. The longest N has slept in a stretch is 11.5 hours and R's longest stretch was 7.5

One of my boys was STTN at 5 weeks old and the other boy at 14 months old. Then I got pregnant at when they were 15 months old. My youngest son is 3 and just starting to STTN.
Around 3 months is when they began doing 6 hour stretches in between bottles (at night). It's been gradually getting longer and longer. Knock on wood they've been doing about 11 hours now, but it's still kinda hit or miss. Some days they go 8 and want a bottle, then go right back down for another 4. GL!
