Fenugreek ?

On to option #2 to get this milk flowing since the brewers yeast/flax seed/oatmeal cookies only did minimal help.

How much Fenugreek did you take and how often? How long did it take to kick in?

On my low supply days, I'll take 3 pills 3 times/day. Also, take it in conjunction with a capsule of blessed thistle and you'll be set.

And keep throwing the brewer's yeast into eveything you make - it can't hurt!

I took 3-4 a day and they made me really sick.  I was nauseous all day; it felt like morning sickness. I dropped down to 2 and that seemed to help.

I took 2 capsules, 3x/day.  It took 3-4 days to see a difference.  I just started taking them again on Sunday, & no difference yet.

I asked my lactation consultant at the hospital, and she said to take More Milk Plus - you can get it on Amazon for about $20. She said the liquid version is the best, quicker and better absorption. I started taking it and noticed great results within 24 hrs. It tastes terrible (seriously, TERRIBLE!), but it's worth it!
