Has anyone had the RLP done? I don't know what to expect. Any experiences would be helpful. Should I be on the lookout for something specific? TIA!

I have not had it done yet, but just wanted to say Im curious to know what you find out too. My doctor asked me to wait 6 weeks before getting it done (she just gave me a prescription to take in for bloodwork when the 6 weeks is up). She said its mostly checking for clotting disorders. I am not having any uterine testing at this time (Ive carried a baby to term with no problems previously so she doesnt think that is my issue....but in that case, not sure why they think it might be clotting). My unmedical professional hunch is, that given my age, my eggs are old and have more chromosomal issues than i did when i was younger and that is causing me to miscarry. Unfortunately, the tissue sample I brought in this last time was not testable, and they were not able to tell if it was a chromosmal issue. So, I guess Ill go in and get the testing in a couple of weeks (cant believe its been 6 weeks!).
