If you are thinking about asking to join this group?please read:

This is an Advanced TTTC group those who have been trying 3+ years and/or have multiple failed IUI?s /IVFs, etc. I just ask that everyone please use good judgment when asking to join...in other words, if you are still in the IUI stage or have been on this journey less than two years, this is probably not the group for you.

There is no doubt that this whole TTTC process is painful, but I also do believe that there is a very special kind of support that this specific group can offer to each other, and it is intended as a "safe haven" for those of us who are in that bottom 1% of the bottom 1%.

I don't really have an update. Still waiting on AF to arrive (now 9 days late...not pregnant) so I can start stims for IVF#2. I wish my RE would let me start without a period, but that's his policy.  

 

Do you like to play a musical instrument?  What musical instruments can you play? I used to play the flute in middle school but I was terrible. I am not musically inclined AT ALL! I always wish I could play the piano.

Update:  Just waiting to start FET at next AF, which will probably be in a couple weeks.

QOTD:  I don't play any musical instruments, but I wish I did.  I tried piano, violin and trumpet as a kid but quit them all.  I kind of wish my parents had made me continue!

QOTD  8 years of piano and 4 years of clarinet, MTDJ, and I and have a uke. I get massive stage fright so that's the end of that. When I'm really sad I'm just not interested.

Update: In all this snow we still managed to make it into my monitoring appt this morning slowly but surely. Looks like I should trigger tonight I have a total of 6 growing right now left has 16,19 and 14 and right has a 22, 18, and 11. Im waiting on my E2 levels hopefully looking at a IUI on Wed.

QOTD: I played the clarinet in elementary school, the cello most of middle school and the flute the end of middle and most of high school. I want to learn how to play the piano.

Update: Had my second IVF monitoring appointment this morning...my largest follies are @17 and my lining is @10. Doing another round of meds and going back tomorrow...thinking the ER will be Thursday or Friday.

Update: nothing much.  Just trying to lose another few lbs before starting IVF, probably next month!

QOTD: I played flute, oboe & bassoon in middle & high school.  The oboe & bassoon were owned by the school & lent out; a basson costs more than my car!  I still play flute @ church on holidays.  I also picked up a nadaswaram when DH & I visited India last year but haven't found anyone to teach it to me so I've been trying to self-teach.  Carnatic music is very different from Western.

Update: Went to follie check #6 this morning, received some upsetting news....my "controlled" follie growth turned into my own body taking over and maturing 3 follies over the weekend and I was given the choice to go ahead with the IVF, convert to IUI, do TI or cancel.  After many tears, stress, an Acup. appt., a few phone calls and Q&A...our 1st IVF will be converted to Lucky #7 IUI tomorrow (Tuesday)

When I was in school I played violin, cello and piano. Don't really play anymore, but thinking of picking up the violin again.

No new updates, just really hating the bcps.

 QOTD:  I took 4 years of guitar in grade school.  Used to play in our church youth group.  Although I remember the chords, I wouldn't play infront of anyone today if my life depended on it.
