Some is better than others. Some has deep fried filling (tempura). Some has mayo (spicy rolls). Others are pretty veggie heavy (california). You can even get brown rice sushi, which is better for you than traditional white rice sushi.
I just eat the cooked items. Things with crab, shrimp and cooked salmon etc. Veggies rolls are also really good for you! My favorite is an asparagus, cucumber and cream cheese roll. Enjoy!
