Happy Day 1 Everyone!
Well, I made it through the 20 minutes this morning and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The push ups killed me and I could not do them for the whole time and the last ab move (bicycle abs) was not really happening for me. I had a few choice words for Jillian by that stage of the workout. Other than those two things, it was hard but I made it. I also started off by using 2 lb weights but I think I may buy 3 lbs today...we will see how sore I am by this evening!
I know this sounds crazy but I am looking forward to 5 days from now to see if I am any better at those push ups!

This is my 2nd time doing the shred. It is the only thing that seems to give me results!
I am on night 2 of the second level and hanging in there. Once you get past day 4 the soreness will go away and it gets easier.

I finished day 8 today, still on level 1. It's starting to get easier- at least my body isn't aching from dawn to dusk anymore although I have some residual soreness.
On the plus side, I lost 2.7lbs last week and I can see my stomach looks flatter. I'm thrilled.

I realized this afternoon when I went to do it that I had lent it to my SIL. She is hopefully going to drop it off tomorrow.
So instead I did a yoga dvd, sit ups and push ups.
