lower back pain

I am having some awful lower back pain.  It is like a burning sensation, almost like back labor.  If I lean forward I can feel some discomfort in the area of my ovaries.  Most of the intense pain is in the middle of my lower back.  Any idea what it could be?

I had horrible back pain when I was pregnant with Mia. I had it checked out and was told that it was completely normal and would probably, and unfortunately did, have back labor. But now that I am pregnant with baby number two I haven't had any back pains. Is this your first pregnancy? Maybe that could be it? Either way I would still go get it checked out.

I'm not pregnant, it just has that same feeling as back labor.
