Smelling sweet

I smell sweet. I don't wear perfumes and most of my soaps and stuff are perfume free so I know it isn't that. I keep smelling myself and I smell very sweet.

Anyone else noticing a difference in the way they smell?

Not to alarm you but I know that sweet smelling urine/breath can be a sign of Diabetes. You may want to mention it to your OB.

I will mention it to him. But it isn't my urine/breath. it is my skin. And it doesn't smell bad. Just sweet.

My Palmers coco butter lotion makes me smell like chocolate milk

I'm not using parfume or coco butter and DH told me that I smell like chocolate lately.  I'm not sure what it could be, but I've been going to the MFM and all tests are normal.
