When DD was on formula (8-12 months) I just left a can at her daycare providers and she mixed them herself as needed. She's at a small home daycare though, centers might not be OK with that.
I sent the mix measured in a container, and bottles with water. DD took her formula room temperature. I was the only one, though. The other parents sent a jug of nursery water and can of formula and just brought clean bottles each day.
Daycare has a can of formula and bottles in DS's cubby....They mix it and wash the bottles. DS takes room temp bottles....but I think they use warm tap water.
