Workout Check in!

How's it going ladies? The flu kicked my @ss all week, but I finally got a workout in today. Interval training on my TRX with a little bit o kettlebell thrown in. Also, we got a massive dump of snow where I live so I shoveled for about half an hour as well. It was exhausting, but I'm glad I'm starting to get my energy back. No go with the yoga yet, couldn't even get out of the driveway!

  • Rode my bike to and from the gym (only 5 miles total), and did a 1 hour cardio class....yoga for me tomorrow!

     

    FYI, I am 23 weeks pregnant with my first.

  • I did five days of yoga this week, and I have a horrible cough, so I am thinking when I can start doing my class without cough medicine again I will be awesome.

  • Awesome job ladies! I was going to do some rowing tonight, but I'm not sure now. I just don't feel very well right now. I'll see how I feel in an hour. Yoga tomorrow after work, rowing when I get home. That's the plan anyway :)
