...then i realized i forgot to take my lupron shot 2 hours ago! yikes!

within about 45 mins of taking it i get *super* groggy and one of my s/e is the lupron fog, so i am becoming very forgetfull.

Sometimes when I forget to take my bcp, I think to myself if I can't even remember to take a damn pill, how in the world am I going to be able to give myself shots, etc. when I start stimming?!

Lupron is the devil.  I was 45 minutes late taking mine one night.  If this had been my first cycle back in November I would have been flipping out.  Instead I just gave myself the shot and didn't even call my nurse about it.  My ultrasounds have been perfect, so no harm done.  Hopefully you'll be just fine too!

I tried doing that before, and my alarm would only intermittently work.  It drove me nuts.  I'm doing ok with the 7am and 7pm thing, but when I add in my 3rd dose of Estrace at 2pm in a few days I'm going to have to come up with a better system.

i thought the same thing! my first cycle i would have not been nearly as calm as i am right now, lol. i'm not stimming until next sunday, and i'm taking my last BCP tomorrow night, so i figure i can't really have harmed anything at this point.

ditto the mid-day Estrace! eeek! I have been doing 8:30 (give or take a few), and my job is not a desk job, so not sure how I will remember the added dose...

Glad you remembered! I hated the lupron fog.

Setting a cell phone is a good idea. I have DH to help, I think there was only one day where we drove off without doing gonal f one morning. Lupron was just at night.

Good that you remembered!!!  I am terrified that I will forget a dose when I start mine in a couple of weeks.  The alarm thing is a good idea - I think I will ahve to do that!!

I did this too.  I also put it in my outlook calander as "take meds" 15 min before the alarm went off.  And I did it on both of my blk berries. 

Clearly I had some fog too LOL.
