I can't get enough citrus fruit! The salsa is not so bad for you, especially if its fresh. Have you tried salsa with whole wheat pita, or some kind of wheat chips?
Chips and salsa are not that bad. Try the baked Tostitos, they are great! Also put them in a bowl so you can control portion size. Or put a little low fat cheese on it and make nachos!
I like dried fruit, carrots, applesauce and cereal for snacks.
String cheese and crackers, yogurt (regular and Greek), fruit, cottage cheese are the usuals for me. Of course today it's just been chocolate and garlic bread. Not together but they are both delish!!!
I also drink protein shakes mid morning at work to get me though to lunch time. I get them at Costco, they are chocolate flavored and have something like 30 g protein.
Thanks so much for sharing Ladies. I'm headed to the grocery store tomorrow...I think when I get home I need to cut up veggies and fruit in little baggies so I can grab and go! I need to buy the right stuff so I eat the right stuff...

Salads - I've switched from creamy cesar dressing to the vinaigrette kind to lower fat content
Fresh fruits and veggies (favourites are sugar snap peas, pears. grapefruit and red cabbage - I peel off a leaf and just nibble)
Yogurt
Cream cheese on crackers
Nature Valley sweet and salty bars
Fruit loops - I'll grab a handful and just eat them without milk.

This is pretty much me too except carrots with ranch dip. And I will eat peanut butter on crackers for my mid-morning snack before lunch.
