When do you have your first Beta draw?

Hi girls~

I had my first IUI yesterday. As I was leaving my RE told me I would go for my beta draw at 13 dpiui, but when the nurse gave the the lab slip she told me to go at 14dpiui. Does it make too much of a difference either way?

No, it doesn't make much difference. My doc never did betas for IUIs.

Thanks! I actually asked if I really needed to do one and they said it is their policy. I guess we'll see!

 Thanks Al! I see things are moving along for you guys also! We got 6.5 mil post wash with 98% motility- so, not great, but we feel good about trying. I do feel like this will be the longest 2ww yet!

That's not a bad sample at all! Go Sbrowns DH! I so hope this is it for you. Yep, things are moving right along. Baseline is Monday, so hopefully everything is kosher and I'm on track for ER sometime in the last week or so of January. Have you decided whether you're going to wait for the Beta or POAS?

Baseline is Monday, so hopefully everything is kosher and I'm on track for ER sometime in the last week or so of January. Have you decided whether you're going to wait for the Beta or POAS? 

Thanks for the happy thoughts! I'll be checking for your updates this cycle- I hope everything goes smoothly and stress free for you! I am definitely going to POAS the morning of our beta draw. I'm not going to test out my trigger, so I won't be pee stick happy before that. There is no way I will be able to function at work waiting for that phone call. I'd have a nervous breakdown!!
