I'm giving Leone a second chance on Monday. 
I had to reschedule my appointment on Tuesday, and he was my only option. I'm nervous.

lol. If it makes you feel any better, we saw him again at my 16 week appt and he was even nicer than I remembered :-) He really went out of his way to stay with us when Dr. Hinkle was running late to deliver Andrew. I think he means well!
I think Payne is a him. My mom's best friend had him deliver three of her kids, and she loves him.
I know Leone will probably be fine. I could have kept my appointment on Tuesday with Hinkle, but I want Jason to come (first time hearing HB on doppler), and now he has to teach a class. I didn't want to feel rushed. *sigh* At least I'm going a day earlier now.
Well hopefully it'll go well and you can see someone else for most of your other appts!
I like Hinkle, she's nice, but I like Leone better actually. Leone is actually Ryan's fav. He likes his sense of humor.
p.s. I keep wondering when I'm going to run into a Nestie at the doctor's office since I am going so frequently now :-)
My next appt is the 19th!
He is nice. It was just his "prediction" that pissed me off last time. I don't know why he didn't see my sub chorionic hematoma and had to freak me out like that.
Hinkle is nice, but her bed side manner is a little stiff. Lol, my dad wasn't too fond of her when she delivered Claire.
Yeah. I see your point. I guess just give him a chance and hopefully you'll change your mind!
It sucks that he made a mistake and a poor prediction that was scary and emotional to you, but part of his job is to be objective and honest. He obviously made a mistake, but he's also human!
Dh and I both very objective not particularly emotional people, so we really appreciate that type of up-front honesty.
I can say in a way, we had a similar experience. We were told Andrew would be born within 2 days, and that his chances of surviving and surviving without major major problems was very slim. They flat out told us they were shocked we were there 2 weeks later. But, we appreciated the honesty and their best idea of what might happen based on their experience.
Anyways, hopefully it won't be an issue anymore!
Yeah, I understand mistakes are made. I just wish it wasn't with me, lol.
And thank goodness he was wrong!
And, it was after hours, on a Friday. He probably wanted to go home. I'm more optimistic now that it'll be during regular office hours, and other doctors will be there if he needs a second opinion.
lol for sure. I'm also glad they were wrong in both of our situations! Medicine is a funny thing!!!!! I always want answers but it's never that straightforward!

p.s. Have I mentioned that I love going to the doctor because I get to watch HGTV for a few uninteruppted minutes before my appt?
It's so nice. I always hope they take longer to call me back than 5 minutes.We don't get HGTV at home and it's my fav channel.

I saw Dr. Payne after I had Clark....must have been his weekend. He was super nice but then again I only saw him for a little bit. If you get a chance at all I highly recommend Dr. Wright, Dr. Garrett, and Dr. Ronco (sp.?). I dont like Dr. Squires...saw here just for an annual for a couple of years and she just doesnt like younger women or something?!?! Anyways Dr. Garrett delivered Clark and she is just AWESOME. I went between her and Dr. Wright for my appts. Dr. Wright is more laid back and has super dry humor and Dr. Garrett is a bit more serious but I still loved her. Okay enough rambling...just wanted to throw in my 2 cents because I didnt know you were going to the same practice I go to!
You didn't know I, or Kathy, went to the same practice? Because you should have known we did.
Ronco was my main doctor last time, but I saw Hinkle more towards the end and she delivered Claire. I still haven't seen any doctors from the other side (from when they merged), and they haven't pushed me to do so yet. We'll see.
I knew you did Christie...duh!! I didnt know Kathy did. I forgot I did have Stevens check on me after Clark was born as well - very nice. I guess I have seen alot of them.
