Feeling a little down

We are still trying, but I am also still looking for a new job. One of my really good friends just told me today that her irresponsible friend is pregnant with her second. She felt bad for telling me because she's one of the few people in this world that know we have been trying. I also found out that H's best man's baby's mama gave birth today - the back story is they were f*ck buddies and he got her pregnant. They are also both super irresponsible. When H emailed me at work today with the stats, I started tearing up.  We haven't been trying long enough to really be this upset about it, maybe the work stress is just getting to me. I'm glad I have this board to whine on. At least our anniversary trip was fun!

Gald to hear your trip was fun.  I started feeling the same way when I found out one of my (younger) sisters best friends is pg (same kind of thing- irresponsible, etc)  She told me while we were out somewhere and when I got in my car to go home, I started crying.  I just felt like it was so 'unfair'.  I also feel like we havent been trying long enough to get upset about it, but nevertheless, when its something that is so important to you I dont think it matters how long you've been 'trying'!
At least its Friday and you can hopefully relax a bit this weekend...

Well, I've been trying 9 months and I think that's long enough to get upset. Especially when people are getting pg left and right around me. I feel your pain, I've been feeling especially low this week too after my layoff last week and still not being pg. Plus, there are other issues like, we can't afford our increasing ARM mortgage or cc payments anymore now that my income is gone. And unemployment in Florida pays jack sh!t

So I'll be childless, unemployed and broke. Unless our luck finally turns since this year has SUCKED so far.
