well, just took my first dose of clomid  (100mg)...here goes nothing!

how was your appt? (besides gross)

I just wanted to wish you both good luck. I did clomid for several cycles and had zero side effects. I hope that you guys do not either.

I got pregnant on 100mg of Clomid (and hoping I will again). Hopefully it will work for you too.

How many cycles will the Dr allow you to take it?

Be prepared for hot flashes, those were the worst!

The appt wasn't so bad - short and sweet.  He's decided to forego the 50mg and go right to 100mg too. 

He listed the side effects - just said to really watch for any changes with vision - then stop immediately if I notice anything.  He thinks I'll tolerate it well.  I sure hope so. 

He said I should expect to O about 2 days later than I normally do which extends my cycle lengh. 

I take my first pills tomorrow. 

His suggestions were to stop charting, to stop using OPK's altogether.  Said to bd every other day from cd12-19 unless I am noticing signs of O'ing earlier- to start earlier - that should cover all our bases.  We'll see - I like temping at least until I know I O so I know that I did.
