Stroller advice for active moms?

any recs? my SIL is new to living in the snow (and I don't have a baby!) and this is hard for me to figure out- She has a 13 mo old and loves being outside in the weather (is she crazy?) walking aroud, hiking, etc- is there a stroller that can be used in these snowy conditions? I found on by googling www.snowstroller.ca and it looks different, but I don't know much about it (or living in the snow!)I want to buy her a shower gift, but I would love to have some feedback!thanks!!

I love my BOB stroller. It's made for all-terrain use (such as hiking) and has all sorts of attachments for weather issues. Its cold where we live so I have the fur lining and waterproof rain/snow cover that keeps baby warm and dry. They make one for 2 kids, but its pretty big. It wouldnt be good in deep snow- that stroller you found looked pretty cool for that. (oh-it also has a carseat attachment so you don't need a seperate stroller for a newborn- its the only stroller we ever got and has been great) When we go out in deep snow, like snow shoeing, we wear our son in a Deuter child-carrying backpack. We lived in Montreal when Margaux was born, and we splurged on a Bugaboo Frog.  It's really good in the snow and otherwise, and we love it, but it's not really worth the crazy money it costs.  I've heard great things about Phil and Ted and BOB strollers.

No snow where I live but I love our BOB Ironman. I used to run with our daughter in the stroller for hours. Unfortunately once she started walking, she decided she hated sitting still, so now I can only get maximum 20 minutes in before she gets antsy.
