We use the learning experience(TLE) at sashabaw and 75. we looked at planet kids, and the little peoples place. TLE is newer (opened in winter of 09). There are 2 infant rooms. 6 weeks to 6 months and 6 months to 1 year. I really like both of the lead workers for the infant room. Also, no street shoes are allowed in the infant room. DS was sick a lot last winter but that will happen at daycare. The little peoples place had a lot more infants in their infant room than the TLE. Planet kids the infant room is real small and cluttered. Let me know if you want more info on TLE.
My niece and nephew attended Planet Kids for a few weeks, when my sister in law would go and pick them up, my nephew would always have either a soaking wet diaper or a dirty diaper, and his nose would be very nasty. Once when he was on medication, that needed to be refrigerated, they didn't give him his am dose, then proceeded to leave it out for the rest of the day, she then had to call the Dr. and get a new prescription for him. In the older room where my niece goes, she was out of diapers for two days before they even told her, and refused to work on potty training with her, b/c they felt that she wasn't ready and was too young. My sister in law pulled them, and changed day-cares. Two weeks after pulling them, my niece was potty trained!
GL finding a day-care!!
