PSA for Nursing Moms - Sports Bras!

Moving Comfort makes the Fiona style bra. The straps are adjusted with velcro and can release for easy nursing. They are rated "high-impact" so should be good for running. I just got my new sports bras last night and put one on this morning. I'll let you know how the workout goes!

Also! I've been using MyFitnessPal.com for tracking calories and whatnot. I'm 3lbs away from pre-pg weight. I started using it at 5 or 6wks pp and I'm 14wks pp now. So YAY!

at first I thought you were talking about the normal sports bras, and I couldn't figure out how that would work comfortably. But these sound good!

Congrats on being so close to your pre-pg weight!  That's fantastic.  I'm jealous though.  I'm still struggling to loose the last 8 lbs and it's been 13 months!

I love this sports bra!! It worked perfectly for nursing DS right before my long runs when I was training for a half.  You will love it!  It's extremely comfortable and supportive.
