    Dunk-N-Fluff does customs.  And I think if you send them your own fabric, they take 25% off.  I've never used their fitteds, but I think they are pretty popular and the only maker I know of that does customs.  I have gotten custom longies and raglan tees and LOVE them.

    I haven't purchased one yet, but I've heard AWESOME feedback about Little Fancy Pants fitteds.  You can get custom slots to send your own fabric also.

    Renee at Monkey Snuggles does customs. I keep meaning t get some fabric to send to her, but I think she said customs are closed right now so she can catch up.
