Diaper rash cream on CDs

I forgot to tell my MIL that you can't use cream with CDs.  Oops.  I think she used the Burts Bees diaper rash cream, because I could smell it when I changed DD's diaper.  I don't know how many (or which) diapers it may be on, & I haven't washed them yet.  What do I do? TIA!

Re: Diaper rash cream on CDs

  • Daycare accidently used cream on dd.  I had to take a toothbrush and dawn to the spots and scrub it out.  We haven't had any repelling issues, thank goodness!

Is any Dawn okay?  I assume I only use a tiny bit.  Is that right?  TY!

Use the plain, old blue dawn.  I just read that its burt's bees.  You might just want to try washing them to see if it comes out.  I had to scrub because they used desatin!

  • Thank you so much!  Also, I just noticed that your DD's name is Reese as well. :)  She's a cutie!
