Washing question - please help

I'm new at this so please excuse what is probably a stupid question but I just want to make sure I don't screw this up.

My newborn stash consists of GMD prefolds, and GMD workhouse fitteds, my covers are thirsties duos, I have some Bum Genius V3.0 and Lil Joeys.  

I'm starting to prep them - Do I wash the prefolds and workhouse fitteds together (I am thinking 3-5 times) in hot water/dry under high heat.

Then do I wash the rest (bum genius, covers, lil joeys) separately?  Just once under warm water (or hot?)  If I stick them in the dryer do I risk shrinkage or other damage?

Once prepped will I be able to wash everything together??
