4 mo. old with a hemeroid(SP?)

okay, so my DS has a hemeroid i think. he does this cry that's his "owwie" cry when he pooped. i cleaned him up, and usually he loves diaper changes. he will smile at you and coo and laugh, but this time he was crying the whole time. his stool was as thick as peanut butter and when i cleaned it all off, with him still crying. i noticed a little bit of blood on the wipe. i investigated it further and saw a little swollen part with a little blood dripping out. he is so uncomfortable. any advice?should i call the doc? is there anything i can give him? i don't want him to not poop because it hurts...

    Yes, call the doc.  There are things you can give to help with constiptation (which is probably what's causing the bleeding), but they'll need to see him so that they can give you the proper dosage.
