Sorry, this is ridiculous. There are so many errors, downright dangerous suggestions, and not to mention it's an advertisement for a hokey "reverse infertility and get pregnant using my quack methods!" program.
"Start fertility testing as soon as you decide to have children"?!
"Start finding an IVF scholarship as early as now"?
Do get PGD? (I'm so glad this article knows better than my doctor!)
"(I)t may take some time for the excess hormones to leave your body" (when talking about birth control pills? Wrong. That's why you have to take the pill everyday for it to work. It's your body that sometimes needs time to kick back into gear.)
And I won't even start on the suggestions to take all those supplements. It's very important to ask your doctor first. Just because it's OTC doesn't mean it's safe.
Oh, and of course the whole "go on a vacation" thing... Meh.
"Do get a post coital test?" I guess it doesn't matter that a lot of doctors don't bother with this at all.
"Do try fertility drugs"? This is said with the same air as "Oh, do try the foie gras, it's delightful."
"Don't rule out using donor eggs/sperm/embryos/surrogacy"? I'm so glad this article is helping me make that decision... *rolls eyes*

Yea....I'm with you. If I followed that advice I would be taking almost a bazillion nuts, seeds, oils and teas that still might not get me pregnant. That was a lot of crap they listed that one should eat/drink.
Just reading all that "advice" just didn't sit well with me. Most of it was "duh" but other is like what Sulf mentioned. Just not wise moves to make. I hate how people are quick to jump on the "do this not that" with IF when it's really not that easy.
Also...I love pilates. Screw you article. Not giving it up unless my doctor tells me to.

Go Sulfa! Props for even getting as far as you did - I stopped skimming at about 20.
I even had to laugh at the "have sex" That's going to do me as much good as the post coital. It's still good to know that if I'd finished reading it, I'd have seen that considering DS/DE is on the to do list. I can go into our next IVF with absolutely no doubts because I have permission!
